About Coach

Meet Jordi, the youngest member of our coaching team, but certainly no stranger to hard work and dedication. She first discovered CrossFit in 2020, right from the comfort of her porch during the lockdown games. Since then, her passion for fitness and competitive athletics has only grown stronger. Despite her small stature, Jordi’s energy is anything but short — she brings a vibrant, high-energy presence to everything she does, both inside and outside the gym.

Jordi spends most of her days training tirelessly to advance in the competitive CrossFit ranks, constantly pushing herself to be better. But even with her intense focus on personal growth as an athlete, she remains incredibly approachable and always ready to share her knowledge and motivate others. Her stylish, vibrant personality adds a unique flair to the gym environment.

When she’s not crushing workouts or working on her own athletic journey, Jordi runs Flowstate Film Co, a videography company she co-founded with her partner. Together, they capture the stories of others, bringing creative visions to life through film.

Fun fact: Jordi’s birth name was Fluffy, a nickname that certainly adds to her charm!

Turning Point

In 2017, Jordi’s life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Gastroparesis, two conditions that would dramatically change her daily reality. Living with these chronic illnesses has been a constant challenge, with symptoms that range from dizziness and fatigue to digestive issues and pain. But instead of letting these conditions define her, Jordi has used them as a catalyst for growth and resilience, learning to navigate life with a strength and perspective that few can understand.

The journey has taught her to appreciate the simple, often overlooked moments in life — from a good meal to a peaceful walk or the ability to move through the day without pain. Through the ups and downs, Jordi has developed an unwavering belief in the power of the mind and body to adapt, find balance, and overcome obstacles. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about finding strength in every moment, no matter how small or challenging it may seem.

Her experience with illness has not only shaped her approach to life but has also deepened her commitment to coaching. Jordi now uses her story to inspire others to find strength in their own struggles, knowing firsthand how it feels to face physical limitations yet still push forward. She teaches her clients that strength isn’t just about physical power — it’s about mental fortitude, perseverance, and embracing the journey with grace and positivity, even in the face of adversity.
